Malcolm “Mac” Mahoney is pursuing a degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics. Outside of the classroom, he researches market theory and AI's impact on the labor market with the Political Economy Project. He has worked for CGCN, a Republican lobbying and strategy firm, and performed regulatory impact analysis for the American Action Forum, an economic policy think tank. Mac was previously a Campus Scholar with the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE) and a Liberty and Learning Fellow with The Fund for American Studies. His insights have been featured in NBC News, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and The New Hampshire Union Leader. This summer, Mac will be joining BlackRock as an intern in their Washington, D.C. office.
