Jessica Chiriboga
PRESIDENT EMERITUS

Jessica Chiriboga studied History and Government at Dartmouth College. At Dartmouth, Jess served as Student Body President and President Emeritus of the nonpartisan Dartmouth Political Union. As a Stamps Scholar, her research on the history of Mexican presence in the San Gabriel Mountains around Los Angeles received the Louis Morton Memorial Prize in American History. Jess also played for Dartmouth's three-time national champion Varsity Women's Rugby team. She oversaw the development of a strategic plan for student mental health and led student advocacy to bring teletherapy to campus. She interned at the Supreme Court of New Hampshire, where she produced a report on alternative pathways to bar admission. Jess is a quadruplet and enjoys backpacking in her spare time. She will pursue an MPhil in History at the University of Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar in fall 2024.
